The restaurant of the hotel “Al Moro” offers a wide range of traditional dishes of the Belluno and Veneto cooking.
The dishes are prepared and taken care by our Chefs and guaranteed by fourty years of family business. The smile and the warmth of the staff cheer up the served courses.

The restaurant is also the destination of many athletes who meet to eat many special dedicated menus. The courses are the result of recipes linked to the past values that still keep ancient flavours of herbs, mushrooms and the genuineness of the local products.
One of the best is the very famous  "risi e bisi" (rice and peas), but it is also prepared with bruscandoli (wild sprouts), asparagus and Treviso chicory.
Very appreciated  are the  second courses, with meat coming from local breeding, the game (venison, chamois, deer), rabbit and pork meat. A delicious dish of cheeses produced in the 'malgas' (shepherd's huts in the mountains) and in the local dairies, well presented and served with  vegetables, is certainly an ideal break before the dessert and it whets the fellow guest's appetite.  
The restaurant offers personalized menus for business and institutional dinners, for celebration of  
baptisms, confirmations and weddings. It is also possible to have a catering service.
